Obese children are more prone to lifestyle diseases like Diabetes, cholesterol, food intolerances, chronic fatigue, less energetic, depression, hypertension, cardiac problems and are more prone to bullying.
The truth is children are fat not because they are not controlling themselves, the fact is they are starving. Each and every cell in their body is looking for nutrients, which is not a part their diet so the cells, go on asking for more. What children are eating flavoured chemical laced colas, sugary juices, candies and lots of junk food laced with MSG which is choking their cells with unhealthy fats. That’s why the children have to eat again and again to fulfil their nutrient needs.
If we want our children to have all around growth then it should start with their food, with the nutrients, their bodies are getting. Once they are in sync with healthy food, they would surprise you with their innovative methods and out of box thinking in preparing new dishes.
