Management
Check your shampoo if it contains SLES (Sulphates), SLS it may be giving allergy to the skin. Change your shampoo for more natural cleaning alternatives.
Use of extra virgin olive oil, virgin coconut oil before shampooing is a good remedy.
Always use coconut-based hair conditioner after shampoo it helps in reducing the dandruff.
Apple cider vinegar is anti-fungal and anti-dandruff helps in reducing the dandruff.
Improve your immunity. Immunity helps in warding off disease causing bacteria and fungus from the skin if you are regularly taking medications like antacids, antibiotics, steroids and a regular patient of seasonal fevers then your body is highly immunocompromised you should seriously consider rebooting your immune system.
Control your stress it increases cortisol level in the blood, which is a stress hormone and inflames our body to the damaging extent.
Reduce sugar and refined starches in your diet, this includes fruits also. The sugar is staple diet for fungus. More sugar is there in your food more prone you are to fungal infestations. Fungus can’t live without sugar. So much is the craving for sugar is sometimes that even if you stop taking sugar even for 1 day you feel fatigue, tiredness, lethargic and creepy in a single day.

Exercise at least 30 to 35 minutes daily to help the body removing lots of toxins from the body.
The herbs that we use in our kitchen like Garlic, Ginger, Onions, Turmeric have anti-fungal properties. If it’s not a part of your daily diet then start taking it on daily basis.
