Have you ever felt the state in which whatever you would eat you wouldn’t gain weight, whatever you would do will be right, you are fully energetic even at the end of the hectic day? Ok then look at a small 5- or 6-years child he is active and euphoric all the time the moment he/she would wake up and till it goes back to sleep it is in the state of euphoria!!
And then there is all the weight loss drama going on in the market, 5 kgs wt loss in 30 days, some machines are there which claim to melt the fat away, some medicines are there which claim to reduce 10kgs of weight, lemon and honey recipe, the green tea, the herbal tea but nothing seems to be working after sometime.
One it becomes more a kind of job once you start on a weight loss mission. So it becomes boring? Two instead of understanding that it’s not that what “we shouldn’t eat, it’s what we should eat”should be the strategy that would work on a long-term basis.
Let’s suppose whatever method you adopted for weight loss it worked in fact all of them worked well say you start taking honey-lemon you lossed 5kg in a month, green tea helped losing 4kg, your gym made you lose 5kgs, herbal medicine melt your fat away in 30 days and you are so happy?? /p>
What abt. After 3 months or 6 months down the line it’s back again maybe 1 or 2 kgs more than from where we have started. How many of us have not faced the same situation in the past?? But did we learn? Nothing?? Again, some aunties from the neighbourhood would come and would tell us about how her sister’s daughter have lost 5 kg’s using a new medicine again we would fall into the same trap??
We need to understand our body is a balanced combination of various elements coming from 3 major macronutrients i.e. Proteins, Carbohydrates, and Fats. And Many micronutrients like Vitamins and minerals. And most importantly the basic physical activity which is the core of detoxification.
Not everyone can eat from same plate not everything is suitable for everybody, nobody has the same composition everyone is unique and it’s important to understand the basics of our body’s composition for us and to eat, to chose according to that. That should be the basic science and thought process behind the weight loss or saying in a right way staying in the euphoric state of health.
Weight loss can be an ongoing and usually frustrating struggle for most people. But once we get to know the basics of body and how it functions and then you don’t have to lose the weight or Fat, it would go down automatically and your skin would glow without makeup??
