We get the hypertension when most of our arteries are gone under atherosclerosis (Hardening of blood vessels).
Heart Attack occurs only when more than 70 to 80% heart artery or arteries are blocked and oxygen supply to the heart is choked. Similarly with other diseases too the PCOD, rheumatoid arthritis, Cancers, Alzheimer’s, depression, dementia, chronic liver disease, kidney disease, obesity to name a few.
So, Once you understand the basic nature of the body, the dosha prevalance, the compatible food, you know it, you choose it.
