Have we ever considered this kind behaviour may happen because of some food deficit? Confused, what the food has to do with behaviour???
There are chemicals in the brain called dopamine and serotonin which controls our behaviour. If these chemicals are in balance we behave in a balanced manner. But if dopamine levels raise or serotonin levels go down our behaviour is violent. The inflammation is on the rise, we not only burn ourselves but also make other’s lives a hell be it family members or be it office be it friend circle.
So,my suggestion would be, before going for a counselling, we should first analyse the kind of food and nutrients a child is taking and there are no deficiencies present in the body, especially the brain.
