However, since health and wellness products cannot be reused once opened or tampered with, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
TickMyHealth shall not be responsible for any damage caused after the product has been delivered.

Exchange Terms & Conditions
Exchanges will be accepted only if the returned products meet the following conditions:

The product must be in saleable condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

The invoice, tags, and receipts must be intact.

The product must be returned in an undamaged condition.

The request will be processed only after verification and quality check by our team.
Please note:

Damages caused due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this policy.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund value of your order.

Once your return or refund request has been approved, the process will be completed within 7 business days.

No refund shall be made once the goods are sold, except in cases of product damage or missing parts on arrival.

Shipping charges incurred on free trials are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Return
In general, an item may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery only if it meets any of the following conditions:
