6 Tips to boost immunity
1. Have balanced food, which means eating carbs, protein, fats, Fibre, and seeds like almonds, cashew, walnuts, raisins, daily in your diet. And most important is don’t just go on eating the whole day, eat in a limited time period and finish your meals and wait for another 4 to 5 hours at least to eat till the earlier food is digested. Or it will putrefy and make us more ill.
2. Make sure to take orange, kiwi, amla, lemon, mausami, kinow, the source of Vitamin C in your diet.
3. Avoid refined carbs, oils, fried foods that would create a lot of free radicals in your body. They would act like zombies in your body and would lead to blockages, cancer, and a lot more damage than you can imagine.
4. Do at least 15 to 20 minutes of workout on regular basis, and never miss the routine. It is going to increase the circulation in the brain thus improving the clarity of thoughts, muscles improving insulin sensitivity, helps remove the toxins.
Which is the main problem the storage of toxins.
Think like this we have garbage stored in our neighborhood and to avoid smell we go on spraying disinfectant on it on daily basis can we avoid the smell?? No. Rather than smell, we are bound to make it more toxic with chemicals so it is more dangerous. Same with the body, we eat healthy food but if toxins are stored in the body no amount of vitamins, minerals are going to help, it is bound to create problems.
5. Have a good night's sleep and don’t overstress yourself. Stress is one of the biggest factors for producing free radicles in the body and reducing immunity.
6. Last but not least, please don't overdo things. Like in the last lockdown a lot of patients came to us with burning chest, stomatitis, and acid complaints. Why because of kaada, they are drinking a lot of it??
Yes, herbs are important but there's is a limit to it, the body can only process a limited quantity of each. Also, if you are not eating balanced food not following a healthy lifestyle only drinking more kaada is going to do more damage than saving.
